How it all started
Before founding London Block Management over 10 years ago, James, Morven, Ben and Jon ran a local individual property management company in Islington.
Along the way, they encountered multiple issues within the block management industry, and it was their personal negative experience that inspired them to establish a block management company with a difference. A small office established by them more than 10 years ago, serving local clients in Islington, has grown into a well-recognised block management company covering the whole of London and surrounding areas today.
A lot has changed since then, but our core values remain the same we manage our clients’ properties as if they were our own! Transparency and excellent communication, both with our clients and our employees, are the cornerstone of our story and success.
We pride ourselves on being open, transparent and adding value in everything we do. The company has grown steadily and organically, building by building, over the years. Our growth is largely thanks to our clients’ recommendations, who have a first-hand experience of us delivering on all of our promises.
