Last weekend the Trustees of the Hibbert Almshouses held a garden party, which was sponsored by London Block Management. LBM has been managing the houses since 1st April 2019 - the garden party served as a a wonderful opportunity for us to meet the residents and to get to know the community.
The eight Hibbert Almshouses in Wandsworth Road, were built in 1859 to provide accommodation for older women from the Ancient Parish of Clapham.
The Hibbert Almshouse Charity is always grateful for financial support to help with maintenance and repair of these historic Grade II-listed buildings.
